Power Stop Z26 Extreme Street Performance brake kit with red powder coated calipers is a cost efficient kit designed for your muscle car. It is made for high performance street drivers who demand shorter stops under the most intense conditions. The Z26 brake torque is consistently higher than OE pads with outstanding thermal stability. The low-dust ceramic formula brake pads are reinforced with carbon fibers to strengthen the compound and provide severe-duty stopping power without sacrificing every-day drivability. The brake pads are low-dust and noise-free. The rotors are cast using the finest G3000 metallurgy with strict OE tolerances - making them a perfect, bolt-on upgrade without the need to make any modifications. Precision drill holes allow for maximum rotor cooling. This keeps the temperature of your brakes down during extreme operating conditions. Rounded slots help wipe away any gas or debris - keeping a clear contact patch on the rotor surface for safe, smooth braking. Silver Zinc Dichromate plating is applied to all drilled & slotted rotors; they not only look great behind your wheels, but the zinc plating helps prevent rust & corrosion. The brake calipers are coated with easy to clean powder coating that helps to resist rust and corrosion, extending the life of the calipers. Power Stop LLC is not responsible for its products when they are subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, or accident. The 90-day/3,000-mile warranty excludes failure of components due to disc thickness variation (DTV*), usually indicated by brake pulsation. Normal wear is not covered by this warranty.
