Poor shipping.

I have been using this product for years. So, The rating is solely for the shipping. The shipping was inside a sealed envelope of plastic that was dirty and apparent of been stepped on. The product was mushed, the box was flattened and the liners were all over. I don't get why it wouldn't be shipped in a box. I wanted to return it, but I had to bring it back to the post office or back to the Walmart store. I'm already upset and not wasting my energy, gas, and time to take this back. Walmart can take my $11.
