I've used this PRE-rinse for several years. It softens the plaque that I feel on my teeth so it brushes off easily. My dentist is impressed with how clean I keep my teeth and he actually asked if I use a pre-rinse...so he knows it works. It also lessens morning mouth when I used it before my bedtime brushing.

Hubby was told by this dental hygienist to use a pre-brush. I originally went with this brand because it was less expensive the the brand name one. He has been using this for several years now and his exams have greatly improved for the better. He loves it. I always keep a spare bottle around. He likes the taste, no burning, and uses it daily and best of all, he has excellent results using this with much less plaque. Even his hygienist has complimented him on his dental hygiene.
