I've been using the T-fal nonstick griddle pan for a while now, and overall it's been a really solid addition to my kitchen. The nonstick surface works exactly as advertised—pancakes, eggs, and even grilled sandwiches slide right off with little to no oil, which makes both cooking and cleanup super easy. Most of the time I can just wipe it down with a paper towel and it's good to go. One feature I didn't expect to like as much as I do is the heat indicator in the center. It takes the guesswork out of preheating, especially if you're not super experienced in the kitchen. Once it turns solid red, you know it's ready, and I've found that helps food cook more evenly. The pan itself is lightweight but still feels sturdy enough for everyday use. It heats up pretty evenly, though like most nonstick pans, it's better suited for medium heat rather than high-heat cooking. I mainly use it for breakfast foods and quick meals, and it performs really well in that role. If I had to point out a downside, it's that the nonstick coating does wear down over time, especially with frequent use. To get the most life out of it, you definitely need to stick to silicone or wooden utensils and avoid high heat. For the price, though, it's hard to beat. It's not a lifetime pan, but it's reliable, easy to use, and perfect for everyday cooking. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, low-maintenance griddle.

A large griddle with a marketing defect.

A standard griddle with a comfortable handle. Does not warp like many of the others I have tried,. some even come warped. Heats evenly and quickly and was inexpensive. Larger than other griddles even though it states size as 11x11 it is larger. Gripe: This is marketing blather: --> Includes Thermo-Spot® Technology our unique heat indicator that turns solid red when the pans are perfectly preheated to start cooking. <--- I have stared and stared at this Thermo-spot many, many times and it never changes color at all. Even stared at it through a magnifying glass to see if I was missing something. Does not do anything of note. Perhaps, Perhaps, maybe...the dots around the circumference fade a little, but if you use that as an indicator, your eggs WILL become toast as it takes several minutes to get that way!!!

Great brand. T-Fal is tried and true, works great!

There is nothing better than this T-Fal nonstick griddle for making my husbands favorite grilled ham and cheese and our Saturday morning hotcakes. When my husband sees me get this pan out he smiles because he knows something good is coming his way! I have always had one of these on hand. This is my second one in 15 years so that says something about the quality. If you take good care of it, it will last. I've only ever used wooden or plastic utensils when using it so the perfect nonstick surface would not be marred. I highly recommend this pan for anyone but note to those singletons or couples just starting out in a first house or condo it is a must have versatile pan.
