Shake well. Remove cap and seal. Insert the adaptor plug, smooth side up, by pushing downward and twisting until a tight seal is made.Top of plug should be flush with neck and not removable. Fully depress syringe plunger and insert into adaptor.Invert bottle and pull syringe to correct volume. Administer slowly toward side of mouth/inner cheek.May be used as needed, every 4-6 hours, up to 3 times in a 24-hour period. When using with Cough Syrup + Immunity Support, do not exceed a combined total of 6 servings per day. Do not exceed recommended serving size. Discard 3 months after opening. Use at bedtime; may cause drowsiness.Recommended Serving: (up to 3 times daily)Under 12 months:Not Recommended1-4 years: 1 tsp (5 ml) 4 years & up: 2 tsp (10 ml)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this to my toddler in the evening for two nights. He was coughing a lot and had the sniffles. I think it seemed to calm his cough before he went to bed for the night. I mixed it with his juice because he hates medicine. But overall I would say this did help with his cough.
