Carbon Brush is Missing

Description and picture CLEARLY show that this cotton candy machine comes with a carbon brush. It doesn't. I sent the manufacturer the pictures, told them that the carbon brush is missing and they continue to ask me to provide pictures of the inside of the box I got. I did that, and I showed them their description on Walmart's site. They have not provided the missing part, so I'm returning the whole thing. You can't say something is included when it's not. Ridiculous.
