Rear Drum Brake Wheel Cylinder This premium rear wheel cylinder is designed to accept the incoming brake fluid from the brake line and redirect it into usable force against the drum brake shoes. It consists of a cylinder with two pistons, one on each side. When hydraulic pressure is applied by the master cylinder, the cups and pistons are forced out pushing the shoes into contact with the drum, stopping the vehicle.
