The target stand goes into the ground when you push it all the way down. It can't be more than 2 to 4 inches above the ground.You'd have to be 2 feet tall to have your body Even with the target. Otherwise you're shooting down into the ground..Or on your knees and that wouldn't be the proper.Height to shoot the target. I could not be more disappointed. I bought this for my grandson. You're gonna have to stand there and point down. That's not how you shoot arrows. I did it for many years when I was a kid with my father. I thought you were trustworthy. Selling a target. to learn to shoot. You should be ashamed of yourself.
