Remove the lid and plastic film. Add milk of choice until it reaches the Fill Line ( 3/4). Stir vigorously.Microwave uncovered for 1 minute and then stir. Microwave uncovered for an additional 30 seconds and stir vigorously. If necessary microwave uncovered for an additional 30 seconds. Stir and enjoy!

Quick and Easy Cream of Wheat !!!
I like that when I opened the box, there was a heart felt note inside. I admire that this brand is geared toward Autism and brain healthy ingredients. What's astonishing is the fact that this product is woman owned, an excellent source of iron for ladies!! If you know what I mean. When that time of the month comes, women always need to replace the iron !! I followed the directions and it came out good, without the extra 30 seconds. I like the the basic ingredients allow you to make it how you want it. I added brown sugar, butter, flax powder and cinnamon. Next, time berries once I get some more !! Great option for hot cereal!
