Must use if nasal or chest congestion
I always suffered through colds or occasionally used DayQuil/NyQuil, which I still use, but I now use Mucinex if I have congestion or even if a nagging cough. It loosens and thins mucus so you can actually get something up when you cough & then cough less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ptoduct is very effective. It has helped me in many ways. I feel better and not so congested.
