I use this on my little ones whenever they have a fever. They were work great! Once you use it one time you can take peel them off put them in the fridge pull them off again and put them back on the forehead. You can do that multiple times before they become that sticky.

Amazing little patches. Doesn't irritate baby's skin, you can cut them to put them on smaller foreheads or anywhere it needs to go. Stays on for a good amount of time too. These are so good to have on hand when someone is running a fever. It's advertised for kids, but I think would work fine for an adult, as well. They're simple to use and really do help. My granddaughter (age 6) prefers these over a cool rag that keeps sliding out of place. Definitely recommend.
