Bad customer service at Walmart
Nothing about this rating has to do with the tire. It's Walmarts customer service that gets this rating. First off they sent the wrong size tire. Then after successfully purchasing the correct tire the installation was cancelled by my local Walmart (Hudson Ave., Rochester, N.Y.) for no apparent reason. You get what you pay for.
