Extremely Poorly Packed

Flow is excellent water and highly recommended. The low rating is for extremely poor packaging. The bottom of the box was soaked on arrival and leaking. Upon opening, the twelve Flow cartons were crammed into a zip-tied plastic bag marked "HAZARDOUS MATERIALS". Two of the cartons were nearly empty. The two Flow boxes that usually securely contain the cartons were nowhere to be found.
