I'm SOLD!!!…..The first time using this product Annie actually allowed me to bathe her fully without following my hand everywhere, she sat still for once and she actually liked bath time, this works wayyyyy better than the hand mittens, I will say don't load with soap until you're actually about to start washing, I made the mistake of filling the dispenser before getting her into position and it began to drip out, just a little fyi to save product, other than that I actually love it, I gave her a little rub with it before bathing to introduce her to it, so that may help also if your pet is curious about new things.

My medical cat absolutely loves it, and I can see the difference in his fur. It looks healthier and shinier since I started using this brush.
