Stunning and cuts through butter. I feel like a Japanese Samurai. With all the home cooking going on these knives were a long overdue gift to myself. I ordered the smaller set, saw how stunning they were and returned them for the 15 piece set. EXCELLENT customer service they were picked up and returned in days.
