Taking into consideration I have not been taking this very long. However, I do have some personal information on the product. I found that 4 people that live in my building are taking this and have been taking it for some time so for myself, I will be taking it every day. I have trouble driving sometimes due to my eyes and I was informed by my neighbors this is great for that. And if you work on a computer for about 4 to 8 hours a day like I do it really reduces my constant eye fatigue. Now others have said it helps dry eyes, cloudiness, and that your eyes are clearer. Already it helps with driving and it works faster than the drops which didn't really help me. So anyone can get a lot of benefits from this product. A nice thing is it has no additives or colors added. No side effects and I feel good about taking it. I think it will prove to be one of the best items for my eyes and I am excited about that. I do think the company put a lot of time and effort into this product and we're all going to benefit from it.
