This was the best Berberine High Absorption Formula in my opinion. One 500 mg capsule 3 times daily (1500 mg) total. Natural Fat Burner with similar effects as GLP-1. This product has helped me to lose over 10 pounds in less than 2 months after reaching a longtime plateau. Hopefully it will help me to lower my blood cholesterol, blood glucose and Hg A1C levels as well.

Great Help to Lower Blood Level

You definitely get your monies worth with Research Labs 1500mg berberine. Have tried other brands prior to these, hands down, Research Labs are the best. Before eating, I take 2 capsules, afterwards wait 3-4 hours for digestion. I have fluctuating blood levels, from 90 up to 496. Determining if I need more depends on blood level. If above 140, take 2 more and within 1-2 hours, I feel better. Burning heat in my shins and feet start dissipating quickly and blood levels reduce. As a secondary advantage, berberine helps curb my appetite after consuming them for a week.
