This was the best Berberine High Absorption Formula in my opinion. One 500 mg capsule 3 times daily (1500 mg) total. Natural Fat Burner with similar effects as GLP-1. My A1C was 6.1 . So I started taking 1000mg berberine extract, 500mg bitter melon Extract, 2g~3g Ceylon cinnamon extract , 500mg fenugreek extract , 1000mg turmeric curcumin powder, 10mg black pepper, A1C has been reduced to 5.8. Black pepper helps the absorption of cinnamon and turmeric curcumin.
