It works like a dream but tastes gross!

This product works! I've been a loyal Natural Calm user for years and wanted to try this new Sleep formula. I take two teaspoons about 30-60 minutes before bed, and I fall asleep quickly and sleep deeply most nights. The quality of my sleep since taking this has noticeably improved. The only thing I dislike is the taste -- it's so sour and stevia sweet. My husband needs to take it because he sleeps terribly, but he's too deterred by the flavor. I would love an unflavored version of this.

Calmful Sleep is another Great product. I prefer the Calmful Gut over Sleep though because I can't tell that the Sleep helps me sleep any better than the Gut so between the two I would prefer to add the benefits of the probiotics and digestive enzymes that are included in the Gut version.
