I bought this item as a gift for my niece. She has EXTREMELY curly hair. It doesn't completely straighten her hair, she does need a flatiron for that. However, for in-between shampoos, it works excellent for re-straightening and styling. If you have wavy or semi-curly hair, this product works very well.
