Great portion of Chicken Alfredo Lasagna. Honestly it's the exact same size as the one I make for myself. So good my kids like it!

Chef Ramsay's Alfredo lasagna

I always like to add other foods to what I'm eating. When eating one meal a day, I don't want the entire meal to be just one food. So, after I took this out of the microwave, I put some tuna on top, then some peas on top of that, then covered it back up, and put it back in the microwave for a couple minutes. It was really good, except next time I'll add broccoli, instead of peas.
