I am new at using an air fryer. I have always cooked the conventional way mostly with ovens and cast iron skillets. I was skeptical that I would get the same crisp meats that my family is used to. This air fryer did a great job on chicken thighs. It’s takes a bit longer than the recipes call for, so use your meat thermometer. The result was very crisp and juicy chicken. Vegetables are also fast and crisp. Just be sure to use your oils before you air fry. Steaks are just ok. Overall, it saves so much time and the cleanup is a breeze. This model is huge and the divider is great for your side dishes. Fits under my cabinet so that’s a plus for such a large appliance!
