This vitamin was recommended to mom after hip surgery, and her recent physical with blood drawn showed the vitamins were doing what they needed to do. There's no after taste, and the vitamin is very small, so no choking or gagging. The best part is that it supports cognitive wellness, especially after two surgeries back to back with anesthia that has impacted mom. I see how she's slowly bouncing back, and I do attribute it to this vitamin. I did re-order.
