I had no idea what variety I was given there, so I just took a chance on this one & bought a bunch of it while it was on sale (I live off my disability income - so I primarily buy according to what's on sale!). This Caribou coffee is delicious! It's rich, balanced and smooth. I add it to my protein shake in the mornings and it works just fine. it's delicious hot or iced and it's not bitter at all. It also has a very pleasant aroma that fills my house when I brew it.
