My friend had one and I loved it so I bought one. The water heats up fast. I pore the boiling water on oatmeal, Ramen noodles and coffee. I allow the instant noodles and oatmeal to sit for five minutes and it's good to eat. I think it boils water faster than if I were use the stove burner.
