Good idea/ poor quality
I love the concept of this device, but the replacement blades won't stop falling out. The blade this came with worked great til it was time to replace it. I bought the Fiskars brand replacements and now everytime I go to cut, the blade falls out of the plastic piece the device holds onto. I'm really bummed because this blade works better for my needs than a straight blade.

To secure the blade in the Softgrip Fingertip Swivel Knife: Ensure Proper Orientation – Make sure the blade is seated fully in the plastic holder with the sharp edge facing outward. Press Firmly – Apply firm, even pressure when inserting the blade so it snaps securely into the holder. Check Lock Mechanism – Confirm that any small tabs or slots on the holder engage with the blade. You should hear or feel a slight click. Test Before Cutting – Gently wiggle the blade to ensure it’s locked in place before starting your project. If the blade still slips, the item may be defective, and exchanging/getting a replacement via warranty is recommended: https://www.fiskars.com/en-us/customer-service/warranties

To securely insert a blade in the Fiskars Softgrip Fingertip Swivel Detail Knife: Remove the old blade (if present) by sliding it out carefully. Align the new 9 mm snap-off blade with the blade slot, making sure the cutting edge faces outward. Slide the blade fully into the holder until it clicks or stops at the built-in blade catch. Test gently by pressing the blade back and forth to ensure it’s locked and doesn’t move. Always engage the swivel lock before using the knife to prevent the blade from shifting during use.
