It's a very relaxing heat. It's easy to use, and I'm very glad I bought it. The price was not bad. When I get out, I'm usually soaking wet which makes me feel like a lot of impurities left my body and hopefully some weight too.

This is my 3rd time trying this product and every single one has stopped working after the 1st or 3rd time. Ridiculous for how expensive this product is. Also the Velcro sticks to everything and you will get pet hair in it and it will look like crap from then on. Just a badly designed product
