Coil spines not included as advertised
I don't know how it works because it did not come with the 100 coil spines that it says it comes with. Walmart customer service says I should return it and re-order another because the package may be faulty, but another customer review says the coil spines didn't come with theirs, either. So the listing seems like false advertising. I was also told I have to mail it back, that I cannot return the item to the store. More inconvenience.

The machine is fine and works well. However, the title of the item is totally deceptive: It says it includes "100 coil spines." It does not include any spines, and finding the correct ones was not easy.
