My husband and my baby both hate the taste of traditional gelatin. My husband says he can taste the bones. If my son's reaction is any indication, he has the same issue. 🤣 It makes it easy to turn literally anything into jello, and you can also make a homemade 'Velveta' out of any kind of cheese you want. It might not work with the vegan 'nut cheese' though. I'm still working out the kinks on making gummies, I think the pulp from the fruit is the issue.
