Once out of the brand new package it was easy. The instructions are in several languages and simple to follow. Set up time was fast. So fast that when I plugged in the built in air pump and turned it on, the bed was fully inflated before I could make my snack. It slept well, comfortable, plus it stayed inflated. I would definitely buy this air mattress again.

Biggest ripoff I’ve ever experienced with Walmart. Purchase an Intex inflatable queen size air mattress. After 1st inflation, it started leaking air within an hour or so. Called Walmart customer service and was told there is no return or refund policy, since it not one of their products directly, even though the website says it is their preferred pick. Walmart should be ashamed for even offering this product. If you look at the reviews with one star rating, almost everyone who posted mentioned the leaks and Walmarts disregard for any type of customer service or refunds. Sad to see how much their customer service had slid down hill. Looks like Amazon will be my preferred shopping platform from now one
