these special K crisp I buy for myself. I usually eat them for breakfast but, sometimes I do also eat them as a snack as well if I am craving something sweet. the strawberry filling is sweet enough to fulfill that craving. Also, the amount of bars that you get and for the price is amazing. they don't last long for me because I eat them too fast. Lastly, I do like that their shelf life is long they do not go bad for a long time so I know if i let them last longer they won't go stale or lose their flavor.

Tastes like the crust on a cherry poptart with cherry/strawberry poptart filling. I can't eat poptarts because they have dye in them and they kinda taste like chemicals, so this is a great alternative. Now I wish special k would release something thicker that's similar to a poptart.
