Great Summer Workbook

This workbook does a great job covering the transitional material - from 4th to 5th grade. I like that all subjects (i.e. Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies) are varied throughout the entire workbook and not separated in different sections like that of other workbooks. This makes it easy for one to start at the very beginning of the workbook and move through it page by page. Each page includes helpful refresher tips! My one complaint is that this workbook doesn't have as much material within like other workbooks do.

good resource for getting ready for grade 5

My 9 y/o son likes the way the book is set up like a board game. Each level becomes a little more difficult. We homeschool and just finished the Brain Quest Grade 4. This book looks like it will be a great tool to keep from losing all our momentum this summer. He just finished Level 2 on his own and is loving all the stickers to mark his progress.
