The best thing since sliced bread!!! Everyone who ahs an indoor cat would be happy to have one. Its been running since the day we set it up less than a month ago. No problems really except it registers when a cat leans on it and sometimes sets off cleaning cycle...which is not really a problem. This is our second Neakasa and we absolutely love it. I bought a different litter bot last year, and it was a nightmare. It was one of the globe spinning ones, that kept getting stuck upside down, would need to be reset, and would need to constantly be taken apart and cleaned due to stuff getting smeared as it spun. This is such an upgrade, and even my older cat that refused to use the old globe one will use the Neakasa. It’s pretty quiet as well and hides the smell amazingly.
