I like this foot balm because it has tea tree, eucalyptus, Arnica and lemongrass amongst other things so it makes your heels feel refreshed. It has helped to give my calluses I get from dancing feel softer and also a sort of relief. The balm isn't sticky but does feel a bit like vaseline. I usually grab a little dab and then rub it between my hands to then apply and get the most out of a small amount.
