Do not use if you are allergic to omeprazole. Do not use over-the-counter omeprazole for immediate relief of heartburn symptoms. This medication may take one to four days to feel the full effect. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription drugs, consult your doctor before use.

Instructions
When to Take: Take one tablet with a glass of water before eating in the morning. Frequency: Take one tablet daily, every 24 hours. Do not take more than one tablet in a 24-hour period. Swallow Whole: Do not chew or crush the tablet. The tablet should be swallowed whole to maintain the integrity of the delayed-release mechanism. Course Duration: It is recommended to continue taking the tablet daily for 14 days. You may need to repeat the 14-day course every four months, or as directed by your doctor. Consultation with Doctor: If you experience persistent heartburn for more than 14 days, worsen symptoms, or need to use the product for more than four 14-day courses per year, consult a doctor. Storage: Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
