This is large, very large for a kitty litter pan. It looks more like the bottom portion of a plastic storage container than a kitty litter pan. But, it looks like the photo. It's sturdy. And I'd say it's a multi purpose container. I haven't used it as a kitty litter pan yet but I'm sure it would be fine for that.
