Bought for a child struggling with enuresis. It is a game changer for protecting the bed. Because it can be placed on top of the bed it significantly reduces need to change the whole bed and clean the mattress after an accident. It does not have the noise of full mattress covers and is portable.

I'm bed ridden basically and have incontinence issues. These cover almost half of my king size bed (big size) plus great for the floor in case of issues while getting to my bedside commode.
