This light packs a punch for being only a couple inches tall. The charging case is very convenient. I walk my dog for about 30 min every night. It is very dark on my street, so I use it at full power. I need to recharge this light about every five days or so. Two things to keep in mind are that at full power the light gets very warm in your hand, and it's easy to lose unless it's clipped to your clothing. These make great gifts and I found an awesome price at Walmart.
