ok as a gift, but not sturdy for a daily use IMO

this item is very low quality - it is fine for a gift, but overall it probably won't hold up to any toddler use. the plastic is thin and weak, and the drawing area and board are very thin - you won't want to push very hard - and you sort of need to push hard to get the magnetic particles to collect on the pen and tools. Should be stronger built IMO.
