Comfortable even wearing glasses. HIGHLY ADJUSTABLE. This will fit any head comfortably unless you are a gorilla. I looked at a bunch of headstraps for my Quest 3, of all types. I mostly use the headset sitting down connected to my comuter with a link cable so I didn't need the one with the battery. The link cable keeps my headset charged no matter how long I use it. I find that I can get as close to the lenses as the other straps I have used, those being the original fabric strap and the upgraded elite strap. I really like the way this strap keeps the weight off my forehead and balances well on my head. You can adjust it as tight as you need to play games that require a lot of movement but I am generally sitting down so I don't need it very tight. I use my headset a lot because I have cataracts and it helps me see better when working on the computer and I can use this strap all day without a problem. It is simple to put on and take off by raising the back of the strap and just lifting the headset off my head. Also the headset can be lifted at the front and still stay put on my head to allow me to see without going into bypass mode. The strap feels good and is made well. I had doubts about the adjustable side gears when shopping for this but decided to get it and try it out anyway. I could return it if it was a problem. Turns out the side gears work very well to give you another dimension of adjustement. Just take a few minutes to adjust the strap perfectly the way you like it and it will stay that way. I get exactly the same fit in 2 seconds everytime I put the headset on. Its really nice to be able to go as long as I want wearing the headset with absolutely no discomfort.
