Noticeable improvement
When taken consistently I notice a difference in my joints, hair and nails. My back pain has gone away as long as I keep up with taking them every day. Powder is a little difficult to keep from clumping in cold water if just stirring by hand but using in hot water or a blender there are no clumping issues. Slight taste that can be masked with water drink mix for flavoring.

I have noticed a great improvement with my skin I have used this for over 4 months and its part of my daily morning coffee after I take my daily vitamins, I love that it is tasteless and it mixes very well with my hot coffee. I tried it with my iced coffee, but I would say even room temperature drinks it will mix well into, even better if you have a mixer. The amount you get with this product is a great value as well it does last.
