I love NordicWare products %26 since I live in Minnesotan, I have many already (as did my mom, grandma, aunts, siblings, etc).
My oven died recently %26 I don't have the cash to replace it, so I bought an air fryer oven to use in the meantime. Unfortunately, almost all of my baking pans are too big for it as it's about 11x14" inside - even my old 9x13" pans are too bigb because they have built-in handles. I was happy to find the straight sided NordicWare pans at a good price on Walmart's app.
The NordicWare 9x13" pan is exactly what I expected from NordicWare. The rolled rims prevent it from warping %26 the pan feels sturdy. You only need a little spritz of non-stick cooking spray on the bottom %26 your brownies/cake comes out clean. The pan looks nice %26 works great, especially in the air fryer toaster oven. I use my 9x13 pans for baking %26 cooking/roasting. I sometimes use silicone baking mats too. You can also use parchment paper or aluminum foil in them.
One thing to keep in mind is that you can easily scratch the bottom of the pans if you press too hard while cutting your brownies/cake with a metal knife. I don't mind scratches on the uncoated pans as they don't affect the results, but the non-stick layer in coated pans will start to flake off in your food when they get scratched. That's why I stopped baking with coated pans %26 only use non-coated pans now.
I have loved all of the NordicWare products I have used in the 5 decades of my life. I have fond memories of making Bundt cakes with my mom (especially back when there were cake mixes for them). My mom also had quite a collection of NordicWare's other shaped pans. I absolutely love my NordicWare Oven Crisp pan in my regular size convection oven. It allows air to circulate around the entire piece of food to get crisp breading all around the meat. I will have to look for a smaller version for the air fryer oven - I am sure NordicWare has options.
I also recommend getting a cover for this 9x13" pan. NordicWare sells them separately %26 you can usually buy the pan with cover too. I actually bought 2 of the 9x13" pans - one with the cover %26 one without - because I don't usually make 2 pans of brownies/cake at the same time, so I don't necessarily need 2 covers. I am planning on buying the shorter one inch 9x13" pans (with %26 without the cover) next month. Brownies don't usually rise enough to require a 2" high pan %26 I want to make cookies too.
I definitely recommend trying NordicWare products if you haven't yet. Their products are made in the USA (Minneapolis) %26 are a good quality. If you take proper care of them, they will literally last a lifetime (%26 even longer if your family members utilize them after you are gone).
