I will also be purchasing %231 “bubblegum” (light) powder -a second option for ‘baking' %26 %233 “toasted almond” (medium) powder -brush over entire face to set my foundation. You can see the sparkles.
This powder is very lightweight, but it contains crystals that make it quite sparkly. I was surprised by how glittery it is. I use it lightly on my cheeks, right above my blush line, as a highlight. It achieves the look I was aiming for. However, this isn't a powder for everyday wear; it's more suited for special occasions. I recommend pairing it with a light-colored blush to help it blend nicely.
