I appreciate the range of vegan enzymes in this product and how easy it is to take. It tastes great and is enjoyable to chew instead of having to swallow a pill. I can't say I've noticed any digestion improvement (but that's just me), but it makes me feel better mentally to take it, knowing it is helping me in some way whether I can feel it or not. (Sidenote: the longer this bottle is open for, the more stale the enzymes get, so they become very hard and more difficult to chew after a period of time. Still worth it though :)
