Can't Go Taking It

This supplement is as "earthy" as it gets. The color is green like the grain that it is. These qualities tell me that it is something good for me. Be careful how it is handled; it will break up into a powder. Three capsules daily is the dosage, I suggest taking it with food to make it palatable.

many years ago, i was taught that alfalfa was an almost all inclusive vitamin/ mineral! i have taken it for years - it does not interfere with any other vitamin or drug - great product !! i have tried other companies' products, and this is the best!
