I like NOW products. From what I've learned pycnogenol is from a specific French pine species. It's pine bark with a standardized amount of active substance. The same stuff is in Nutricost Pine Bark supplement (also sold at Walmart) for a MUCH cheaper price with a high amount of the active substance--do a little research, look at the labels, etc.
