I bought this after doing research. My Vitamin D level is very low, and I am not tolerating the Vitamin D capsules or the liquid drops. I found a double blind study using Vitamin D lotion applied to the skin. I received my endocrinologist approval to try it. I apply it to my hands after getting up in the middle of the night. I have also applied it to my lower legs.
