I've been wanting to try Elderberry but didnt want another gummy vitamin type of thing with extra ingredients. I got this today and it tastes so good that I'm sure that I can get anyone in the house to take a tsp. per day with me. I wanted elderberry to help boost my immune system. I'm not sure there will be a real way to notice improvement, but I've committed to adding it to my morning routine for 2025.
