I want to be Mindful

After reading many reviews on this I ordered 2-3 bottles. After the 1st day of taking 1 daily in the a.m. I realized later that night how I went from one task to another w/o forgetting like a numb skull as I'd been doing. Keeps me focused and at any task w/o losing interest and packing my days full of to do things for this active 60 y/o woman. So glad I got acquainted with this product. Plan on not ever getting out of this.
