As I've aged my digestion just isnt what it use to be. Ive tried other brands and types of fiber but they caused even more bloating issues so I figured I'd give Sunfiber a try. Ive been using it once daily just a scoop in my morning coffee for just a week now and have already noticed a difference. It is completely tasteless even in water and has absolutely no texture to it which I love. I am prone to stomach and digestive issues but this is so gentle it doesnt bother me one bit! Even my husband is now using it being its worked well for me.

I purchased Sunfiber powder to add protein and a prebiotic to my diet mainly to help the good bacteria flourish and help with regular, softer stool for more ease when passing stool. I started with a half scoop of the very easily dissolving powder in my premiere protein drink or even in water. It dissolves beautifully! Actually better in water than in the protein drink. With working up to a full scoop by day 4, there was a noticable improvement in the regularity and the general movement of my stool. It's not a laxative...it's a prebiotic used daily to help grow/maintain a good/healthy gastro intestinal tract. It's essential to also drink plenty of water.
