- Made of a high-quality 304 stainless steel, easy to clean, extra durable, can be used as a soup warmer, warming tray, steam cooker, food warmer for milk, beans, bread, vegetable, dumpling, bun, meat. It can be used to warm food in any commercial food operation–including coffee shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants.
- Each of the food warmer comes with a tap which can help pour water out. Each of the standard bain marie base can be changed, these compartments are interchangeable for many occasions.
- The is a propane gas warmer. You can control the temperature by adjusting the inlet flow. A gas regulator valve is included. The machine cannot be used on flammable material.
- The food warmer comes with 5 standard 1/2 pans. The size of each pan is 13*10.5*4inch(32.5cm*26.5cm*10cm). Temperature Range: 33.8℉~212℉（1℃~100℃）
- Note: While lighting a manual pilot system, sufficient time must be allowed for the proper pilot flame to heat the thermocouple that will hold the safety valve open.

5. Never use the Bain marie as a heating source.
6. Always keep hands, hair and clothing away from heating source.
7. Allow the Bain marie to cool down after use and before dismantling.
8. Cleaning the unit will be too hot to handle immediately after use.
